Our goal is to ship the product to you on the delivery location you specified in your order and on the delivery date we specified (updated in the order confirmation) at checkout of your order; if we anticipate being unable to deliver on the estimated delivery date goods, we will try to notify you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charges or expenses incurred by you as a result of any delay in shipment.
